- VERIFY a reputable fiber internet provider serves the building.
III. COMMAND: FINALIZE THE CONTRACT
- INSIST on a written, detailed lease document.
- CLARIFY the Notice Period (usually 30 days) for lease termination.
- PROVIDE NID/copyright details for the mandatory police registration. This is necessary legal procedure.
